Designed by The Jerde Partnership, Zlote Tarasy is a landmark destination for Warsaw’s newest high-rise district, offering year-round shopping, leisure and social opportunities for the residents as well as visitors to the city. The total area of the building amounts to 205,000 m². It includes 200 shops and restaurants, a hotel, and a multiplex cinema. The largest mixed use development in central Europe, Zlote Tarasy also features one of the largest single membrane glass domes in the region at 10,250m2. Its undulating shape was inspired by the idea of a piece of cloth stretched over a number of spheres. Lerch Bates was commissioned to design & develop bespoke facade access & maintenance systems for this iconic development.
