JW Marriott Hotel and Apartment Tower is replacing Baku’s famous Absheron Hotel, which has been demolished, and will be part of a mixed use development designed by Reardon Smith, the architect which specialises exclusively in luxury hotels worldwide. This tower consists of 20 floors hotel, 16 floors of private resident apartments and embassy offices and retail. The design work on the lift system includes a total of 16 lifts within the development.
