We are all very aware of the impact of the internet upon our lives. With information being low cost and in abundance (generally speaking) Lerch Bates have set about working with key partners to providing a low cost device that will make all lifts IP-compatible for its clients.

Our solution utilises a JACE M2M webserver (shown here) manufactured by Tridium. Conssero plc act as the “system integrator” providing the code within the JACE unit to convert the protocol produced by the lift control system to a universal language that can then be accessed via the internet. Conssero plc are also Lerch Bates’ partner for their maintenance management application which forms part of the managed services the Company provides for its many clients covering over 5,000 lifts and escalators across Europe.

As probably one of the largest third party specifiers of lift equipment in the world we are able to leverage our powerful position in the market place to the advantage of our clients by implementing such new, unique, cost-effective services for our clients.
